Trip Itinerary
Day 01 | Airport to Sigiriya
- Upon arrival, our friendly English-speaking driver will greet you. Head to Sigiriya with a stop at the historic Dambulla Golden Cave en route. In the evening, embark on a thrilling 4x4 safari at Minneriya or Kaudulla Eco Nation Parks (subject to elephant sightings).
Day 02 | Sigiriya to Trincomalee
- Start early with a visit to Sigiriya Rock for breathtaking views and photo opportunities. Afterward, enjoy breakfast at a top-tier guesthouse before traveling to Trincomalee. Spend the evening at the beach and visit a local Hindu temple.
Day 03 | Trincomalee
- Relish a morning boat trip to Pigeon Island National Park for snorkeling and scuba diving. Explore the hot water wells and unwind at the beach before retiring to your luxurious guesthouse.
Day 04 | Trincomalee to Kandy
- Travel to Kandy, stopping by Nalanda Gedige and Matale Spice Garden. Visit the revered Temple of the Tooth and take in a traditional Kandyan dance performance in the evening.
Day 05 | Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
- After breakfast, visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden and journey to Nuwara Eliya. En route, marvel at Ramboda Falls, visit a Tea Plantation, and tour a Tea Factory. Explore Nuwara Eliya City in the afternoon.
Day 06 | Nuwara Eliya to Ella
- Start your day with visits to Gregory Lake and Victoria Park Garden. Experience a picturesque train journey to Ella, renowned for its stunning vistas.
Day 07 | Ella to Tissamaharama
- After breakfast, visit the iconic Nine Arch Bridge and proceed to Yala. En route, visit Rawana Waterfall and Buduruwagala Rock Temple. Enjoy an exhilarating 4x4 safari at Yala National Park in the evening
Day 08 | Tissamaharama to Mirissa
- Relax on the pristine beaches of Mirissa and soak in the coastal charm.
Day 09 | Mirissa to Airport
- Embark on an early morning whale watching excursion at 6:30 AM. Return for breakfast and then transfer to the airport for your departure.
