Trip Itinerary
Day 01 | Arrival at Colombo Airport (BIA) - Transfer to Negombo
- Arrival at Colombo Airport.
- Pio Travels tour guide will meet and welcome you at the arrival gate with orchid garlands.
- You will be directly heading to the nearest Negombo Beach Hotel.
- (Overnight at Negombo Beach Hotel)
Day 02 | Negombo - Wilpattu - Anuradhapura
- Transfer to Wilpattu and enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan Rice and Curry lunch under the shady trees.
- Embark on an exhilarating Jeep Safari in Wilpattu National Park.
- Continue to Anuradhapura and check into your hotel for the night.
Day 03 | Anuradhapura - Sigiriya
- Explore the ancient city of Anuradhapura in the morning, visiting key historical sites.
- Transfer to Sigiriya and check into your hotel for refreshments.
- Climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress in the evening to witness breathtaking sunsets.
Day 04 | Sigiriya - Kandy
- Journey to Kandy with stops at Dambulla Cave Temples and Nalanda Gedige.
- Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth in the evening.
Day 05 | Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
- Visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden in the morning.
- Experience a scenic train ride to Nuwara Eliya, passing through tea plantations and picturesque landscapes.
- Indulge in a high tea experience at the hotel lawn in the evening.
Day 06 | Nuwara Eliya - Galle
- Explore a tea plantation and factory in the morning.
- Transfer to Galle with stops at Little England (Nuwara Eliya), Ella, and Wellawaya along the way.
Day 07 | Galle
- Relax by the beach or enjoy hotel facilities in the morning.
- Take a leisurely walk on the ramparts of Galle Fort in the evening.
- Experience traditional street food within the fort.
Day 08 | Galle - BIA
- Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) for departure.
- Optional stop in Colombo to experience the city before departing.
